Weather Markets has no accounts and no ads. The only thing we measure is how the site gets used, so we know which cities and pages are worth improving.

What we measure

We use Google Analytics 4. It records which pages you open, roughly where you are (country and city, worked out from your IP address, which Google does not store), what kind of device and browser you use, and which site sent you here. We don't send your name, email or anything you type to Google, and we don't use the data for advertising.

Visits from bots, preview copies of the site and automated browsers aren't counted.

Cookies

Google Analytics sets two cookies, _ga and _ga_<id>, that tell repeat visits apart. They last up to two years. We also remember your cookie choice in your browser's local storage under wm-consent; that never leaves your device.

If you're in Europe, analytics stays off until you allow it. You can change your answer at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page. Saying no removes the Google Analytics cookies.

Links to Kalshi

Buttons that open Kalshi take you to a separate site with its own privacy policy. Some of those links may be referral links, which tell Kalshi you came from us.
